“"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." — Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:28”
Anxiety often begins in the heart before it reaches the body. In the Islamic tradition, the first medicine for a restless heart is remembrance — a turning back toward the One who calms all storms.
Ruqyah is simply healing through the words of Allah. It asks for no special tools, only sincerity, correct belief, and consistency.
Begin with Al-Fatihah, the opening chapter, recited slowly with presence of heart.
Pair recitation with the morning and evening adhkar, and you build a daily rhythm of protection and peace.
With time, the heart that was restless learns to settle — not by force, but by remembrance.
