وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَىٰ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَىٰ

“"Nor does he speak from his own desire. It is only a revelation revealed." — An-Najm 53:3-4”

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "In the black seed is healing for every disease except death." (Sahih al-Bukhari)

Modern research has identified thymoquinone as the primary active compound in Nigella sativa (black seed), showing anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immunomodulatory properties.

Studies published in peer-reviewed journals have demonstrated its potential in supporting respiratory health, digestive function, and immune response.

To incorporate black seed into your routine, consider starting with half a teaspoon of cold-pressed black seed oil daily, taken on an empty stomach.

The seed can also be ground and mixed with honey — combining two prophetic remedies into one powerful daily practice.
